About Us

Graceday Village School is an early childhood development center located in Castroville, TX. Our center was founded in 1994 with a single solitary purpose: to give your children the same level of care, education, and grace they would receive from their own loved ones. We have 2 locations to better serve our community. 1040 Country Lane, our original location, is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our second location, at 702 Hwy 90, is open from 6:30am to 6pm.

Meals

At Graceday we serve our children breakfast, lunch, pm snack, and dinner. We are closely monitored by a state food program to ensure that health regulations are followed. We do our best to switch our menu every month in order to keep the children interested and meal time fun!

Transportation

Currently we offer pickup only for our After School program. We serve Lacoste, Castroville, and Potranco elementary schools. All other schools within MVISD could be made available pending student participation.

Our Programs

Our facility offers care for children from 5weeks old to 12years, this requires us to provide a vast array of curriculum and hand-crafted lesson plans. At Graceday our mission is to help prepare your children for social success and the next step in their education.
Infant & Toddler
At this age we put our focus on socialization and sensory activities. We provide all the supplies and toys needed to achieve the desired effect, such things that incentivize the exercise of motor skills and encourage the independence of your little ones.
Twos /Threes/ Fours
This age group is when we transition our focus to preparing your child for pre K and Kindergarten. They will start to learn letters, shapes, colors, and numbers. We integrate these lessons in a way that is both, stimulating and fun for the children. This is also the age when your child will be sent home with activities that they have done with their teacher that day!
School Age
This age group is typically our kindergarteners all the way to 12-year-olds. These children are already enrolled in school and participate in our after-school program. This program is based solely around support for your student. It is a time where they will have an opportunity to start homework assignments given by the school in an environment where they can receive help from our teachers if need be.

Summer Program

We love summers at Graceday! We offer a myriad of different activities for the children that aren’t available to them during the school year. We will do things like weekly water days, or have pony rides. For our school age children, we provide them with a pass for the Castroville pool that we visit twice a week. We also take them on a weekly field trip every Friday during the summer! Needless to say the summer program at Graceday is geared towards fun!
